The stay at Casas Del XVI was a delightful experience. The unique setup of having multiple beautifully decorated buildings created an inviting ambiance. Within a five-minute walk, there were numerous dining options available, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The personal butler service was impressive, as they were attentive and available to facilitate any request, enhancing the overall comfort of my visit.

The room was elegant and comfortable, with high ceilings and tasteful decorations. I had my dinner opposite the street, which felt awkward. Also, a coffee machine in the room would have been nice! ☕️

The comfortable king-size bed with premium linens made my nights restful. The location in the colonial section was vibrant, with plenty of nightlife nearby. However, the menu could benefit from more diversity and the food lacked warmth when delivered. I found the pool situation confusing as the main pool was not at our house, leading to disappointment. Additionally, a small coffee machine in the room would have been a nice touch. Overall, there were some great aspects but also areas that need improvement.

Don’t miss breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. the ambiance enhances the wonderful selection of local dishes.

Awful parking process and misleading information on pool access!!! I didn't appreciate being told not to bring outside food to my room, especially for the price we paid!!! A coffee machine in the room would be a welcome addition!!!
